Learning Support Assistant

About Us

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our supportive and collaborative team. You will assist in the delivery of engaging and innovative teaching within the classroom, on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Working with the teacher you will assist with the development of appropriate resources, schemes of work and teaching strategies to ensure provisions support individual learning needs.

This is a Fixed Term Contract ending on 22/07/2026. Please note this vacancy will close at Midday on 23/10/2025

Salary: £24,796 plus £729 fringe (Estimated Actual £16,739 plus £492 fringe)

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until 22/07/2026

Working Pattern: 29.17 per week, 39 weeks per year
