**Sales & Certification Administrator - Global Leading Company**

**REMOTE ROLE - Permanent Role after probation £25,000 per annum, Mon -Thurs 9-5, Fri 9 - 2**

We are looking to add to our professional team with an experienced Inside Sales and Certification Administrator in our global organisation

**Job Purpose**

Jointly responsible for achieving commercial targets as set out in the annual sales plan, primarily by contributing to orders from (new) customers and expanding services for existing customers.

The Inside sales and certification administrator provides sales assistance for the development and growth of the certification services in accordance with the statutory regulations, the provisions of the Articles of Association, the resolution of the GoverningBoard, the Company Quality Manual and the procedures.

**The person we are looking for will be.**
- A self-motivated worker that does not need Micro - Managing and be responsible and consistent to the needs of the role.
- Have a professional and sunny disposition.
- Will enjoy the repetitive nature of some of the duties within the role.
- Be a self-motivated individual with a customer and solution-oriented personality and have unquestionable and precise work ethics.
- Be proficient in all Microsoft office packages.
- Good leadership skills are essential.
- Focus on results: Forward thinking attitude and behaviour aimed at achieving pre-defined goals.

- The expected level of education is bachelor degree with a focus on Marketing, Sales or Business administration
- Relevant experience/competences in Management System Certification is a distinct advantage BUT not a requirement.
- Excellent communication skills in written and oral form, ability to converse at all levels on certification matters.
- Eligible to work in the UK.

**Business tasks**
- Translating customer requests into customised calculations and quotes
- Following up on and negotiating price quotes issued within given frameworks
- Processing and maintaining quotes, orders, and all other relevant data in the CRM system
- Shared responsibility for achieving the budget
- Shared responsibility for the correct implementation of work processes and procedures in line with the commercial policy in order to operate as effectively as possible
- Ensuring that all assessments are booked and carried out timely by approved assessors
- Handling and processing of Assessment reports.
- Progressing client responses to NCRs' with the appropriate reports.
- Production of Management System certificates
- Creating and maintaining electronic client files.
- Maintaining an accurate, up-to-date and effective database of clients, Assessors, Partner organisations
- Liaise with overseas staff as appropriate
- Ensuring the provision of timely delivery of quality products and services to clients and partners
