**The Company**

Nurse Seekers are proud to be recruiting a Domiciliary Care Assistant for our client who have operated as a fantastic homecare provider for over 20 years. Throughout this period, they have built a great representation within the area for the standard ofcare provided.

Our client operates a service which means their clients can remain independent, safe and happy in their own homes. They offer a tailored service which is totally bespoke to each individual and 100% matched to their needs.

**The Role**

The client is currently looking for a Domiciliary Care Assistant to add to their already established and well experienced team to cover the Ilkeston area of Derbyshire.

You will be providing exceptional quality care to private clients in their own homes whilst promoting the clients right, choice, independence, individuality, privacy and dignity.

The main duties include but are not limited to:
- To provide quality care to clients as outlined in the client person-centred Care Plan. Daily tasks could include:

- Personal Care
- Assistance with washing & dressing
- Shopping & meal preparation
- Preparing medication
- Helping clients access community services
- To monitor and report changes in client’s condition.
- To keep clear, up to date, and accurate records, reporting any changes in a timely manner.
**_Ideally you will have a Full UK Driving License but if you live locally to the area you can still be considered._**
