RME Consultants are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and driven Account Manager to join a reputable client of ours in Oxford.

*Role: Client Services Account Manager*

As a Client Services Account Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and growing our key client relationships and their training needs. This includes management of ongoing graduate programmes, bespoke training solutions and larger delegate groups. We have a number or large clients undertaking various programmes who require a designated point of contact to ensure all programmes are delivered at a high quality as well as the growth of these relationships to ensure future business.

*Key Responsibilities for the Account Manager*
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Creating and developing strong relationships with all delegates
- Keeping clients up to date on new products and services to grow the business and relationship
- Maintaining regular communication to key clients through meetings, reviews, delegate performance and progress, reports and relevant feedback which may need actioning
- Communication and organisation of delegate’s programmes including onboarding, inductions, timetabling, class reminders, delegate feedback and evaluations
- Identifying new business opportunities and work with the Client Services Director to prepare and present proposals
- Proactive follow up on opportunities and proposals sent to gain new clients
- Work collaboratively with other teams within the organisation to set up and delivery client programmes
- Inputting and maintaining data on CRM systems to ensure all key client contacts and delegates are up to date

*Experience Required for Client Services Account Manager: *
- Minimum of 2 years of sales or account management / relationship manager
- Experience dealing with learning and development / HR contacts within organisations
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Positive and flexible attitude
- Experienced and able to build and maintaining positive and strong relationships
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access) and CRM systems
- Personable
- Highly driven and motivated
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
