**Duration: 12 months**

**Hourly rate:79k to 92k**

As head of Resourcing and deputy to the Director of Resourcing, the post holder will be responsible for providing senior management support and leadership.

**Key responsibilities for the Head of Resourcing**:
The post holder will be responsible for oversight of the provision of resourcing services and ensuring the delivery of key performance indicators and outcomes within their portfolio. Specifically, this will include responsibility for:

- Day to day management of the Resourcing operations team, workload and customer contacts
- Providing senior representation at client meetings, talking to customers at all levels including Director level about their resource requirements and providing advice on the best solutions
- Working closely with Commercial Finance on pricing that supports performance and resilience while meeting customer needs
- Working closely with other internal teams, particularly HR and IT, to ensure that joint processes work efficiently and support rapid on-boarding of new joiners
- Ensuring that all employees reporting directly and indirectly into the Resourcing team are properly managed and supported
- Ensuring that appropriate commercial processes are completed
- Taking the lead on developing existing and future flexible resourcing services, gathering market intelligence and assessing customer need, ensuring value for money, operational effectiveness and strategic fit
- Overseeing and delivering against customer SLAs and meeting service KPIs
- Identifying resourcing service opportunities
- Developing and continuing to refine strategies
- Ensuring that component projects and work streams are organised to deliver key milestones and output and that milestone deliverables are achieved
- Reporting work and project progress, including escalation of significant issues and potential options for resolving these.
- Deputising for the Director of Resourcing as required
- Along with the Director of Resourcing, lead the senior level engagement with clients, routinely managing relationships at executive or senior executive levels in client organisations and other stakeholders.
