What You'll Be Driving Towards:
As our Service Advisor, you'll be instrumental in:

- **Customer Care**: Evaluating customer needs for servicing or repair requirements, ensuring alignment with our comprehensive Vehicle Health Checks.
- **Clear Communication**: Keeping customers fully informed on all applicable costs and the progress of their repairs in a timely manner, expertly handling any queries.
- **Seamless Coordination**: Liaising effectively with our workshop colleagues to ensure vehicles move efficiently through the service process.
- **Exceeding Expectations**: Delivering exceptional customer service to achieve set satisfaction objectives, always adhering to manufacturer standards and dealership procedures.
- **Operational Excellence**: Maintaining accurate customer details for an up-to-date database and possessing up-to-date knowledge on additional products and services.
- **Compliance & Quality**: Working in line with all service and warranty policies for both the John Clark Group and our manufacturer partners.

What You'll Bring to the Table:
