**Role Overview and Organisation**:
**The Role**:
The main duties and responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Assistant will be:

- Validation, input and matching of supplier invoices for both UK/Foreign and Group.
- Invoices processed by EDI, Data Upload and Supplier Chain Financing
- Supplier payment runs
- New supplier account set up
- Administration and clearance of shared Accounts Payable mailbox
- Verification and clearance of supplier invoice statements
- Follow up on invoice queries to ensure quick resolution
- Provide excellent customer services to Accounts Payable customers, both internal and externally
- Take ownership to implement efficient processes

**The Person**:

- Experience within a similar role
- Strong Microsoft office skills (primarily Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive approach

**The Salary & Package**:
