We are recruiting for a skilled
Project Coordinator to work alongside our Project Manager and within our Property
Team to ensure all projects are successfully administered, following process to
drive on time, on budget and in scope delivery.

The St Austell Family Group property
team provide maintenance support to 127 tenanted sites, 40 Managed Pubs, 5
Depots and 2 Breweries across the South West.

We have an extensive portfolio and
continue to grow our successful company and estate over the next 5 years.As Project Coordinator you will be providing
support on our acquisitions and capital projects, you will be a natural
coordinator and have a passion for people and delivering work to agreed
timescales.You must be a confident
communicator and happy to work with a variety of internal and external
stakeholders, and able to manage conflicting priorities whilst managing the
expectations.

**About you**
- Experienced in project coordination
and scheduling.
- Ability to make good decisions and prioritise
a varied workload.
- Enjoys working with a variety of
people across all business levels.
- Ability to provide excellent customer
service
- Team player with well-developed people
skills. Listens to others, actively contributes and shows commitment to
building relationships within their teams, customers and the wider business
- Welcomes and embraces change with a
positive, can-do attitude
- Adopts a hand-on approach, able to
work independently and know when to escalate issues. Confident and
self-motivated
- Methodical, resilient, positive and
calm under pressure. Has excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Enjoys variety and multi-tasking
- Honest and reliable. Trustworthy and
dependable. Takes pride in high personal standards
- Preferably have had experience with
Access Maintain or other cloud-based property maintenance management programmes
(CAFAM solutions)
- Strong MS Office skills
