Group Financial Reporting Manager
Central London + Working from Home Hybrid
Circa £85,000 + benefits
This rapidly growing and acquisitive Insurance group owns a number of highly respected Insurance brands across the UK and overseas markets.
Due to this ongoing growth and success, the new role of Group Financial Reporting Manager has been created to own financial accounting for the UK business.
Reporting to the UK Finance Director, the role includes:
- Preparation of Year End financial information for Audit
- Own financial accounting for UK consolidated accounts
- Production of UK company statutory accounts
- Production of UK sub group consolidated statutory accounts
- Lead contact for Audit
- Drive improvements across UK financial reporting processes
- Build a UK consolidated analytical framework, including collation of insurance information
- Support the roll out of latest Tax accounting software
- IFRS15 - Policy and procedure documented and detailed for each business unit and revenue stream
- Working closely with Group finance on group wide initiatives
- Support a variety of high profile projects
- Chartered accountant with Financial Services experience
- An experienced Manager or Senior Manager from a leading accounting firm
- Comfortable with regular interaction with senior stakeholders
- High level of Intellectual horsepower
- Confidence in own ability
- A natural love and enthusiasm for numbers
