**Forklift Driver/Warehouse Operative**

An exciting position has become available for a full-time Forklift Driver/Warehouse Operativebased in Wigan.

The hours of work will be 8.00am-4.00pm Mon-Fri. Hourly pay will be £11.89 based on a 37.5-hour week. A discretionary bonus of 5.5% is paid (£1275.20). This means a total package circa £23,185.50 pa. (£24,461.00 inc bonus).

This is an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding manufacturing business within the insulated glass industry.

The successful applicant will need to have experience in driving various forklift trucks. The operator will report directly to the shift manager. Full comprehensive training will be provided for all aspects of the job.

**Role Requirements**
- Proficient in English. GCSE’s or equivalent qualifications including Maths and English.
- Current FLT Licence. 4-way Combi licence will be an advantage.
- Experience using computerised barcoding systems.
- Team player helping other operators to achieve production objectives.
- At least one years’ experience in operating forklift trucks.
- Good communication skills.
- All applicants must have proof of right to work in the UK.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Perform daily safety check on FLT’s.
- Maintain good housekeeping within a busy warehouse.
