**Private Client Solicitor/CILEX**
Due to the growth of our firm, we are looking for an enthusiastic Legal Adviser to join our Private Client team and to deliver a full range of private client services.
This is an opening for an ambitious individual to develop their career in a growing firm with genuine long-term opportunities.
Our busy Private Client team specialises in Wills, LPAs, the administration of Estates, Trusts and Tax advice. Certain members of the Private Client Team also specialise in charity law and, in conjunction with others, contentious probate.
You will be expected to be involved in networking and business development and to generate new clients and contacts as well as maintaining current relationships.

**Responsibilities**:
Handle a varied caseload to include LPAs, Will instructions and preparation, administration of Estates, Trusts and Tax, whilst providing our clients with high quality advice
Ensure that business targets relating to service, quality and productivity are being met
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- 2 - 4 years PQE
- A knowledge, according to experience, of all usual private client areas,
- An ability to relate well and advise clients and would-be clients, some of whom will be elderly or vulnerable,
- An enthusiasm to network and engage with introducers and to develop and maintain a thriving case load, and
- An ability to manage your own workflow and meet deadlines and targets
