**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive. **Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
- Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards and best practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly.
- Support bartending duties when required, including preparing drinks and managing the bar area.
- Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring high standards of service are upheld.

**Requirements**:
Must have experience of working at a Nepalese and Indian cuisine
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation is essential.
- Familiarity with bartending techniques is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and team members alike.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to helping others and contributing positively to the team environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £18,000.00-£33,132.63 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
