**Relief Control Room Operator**

**Where**:Northampton Office based

**Hours**:4 on 4 off** Day/Nights/Weekends (Full time & Part time)**

**Salary**: £24k (based on full time hours)

**About the Role**:
To fulfil this role, you must be an excellent communicator with good attention to detail. Well organised and self-motivated. Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team with strong IT skills.

You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department and delivery of the team's objectives.
- Using bespoke computer software to plan rotas
- Monitoring colleague absence and holiday planning
- Colleague welfare calls

**About You**:
Ability to demonstrate that you can problem solve under pressure

Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload

Passionate about delivery excellent service

SC clearance - vetting will be conducted after completion of successful interview

Willing to embrace a new and exciting challenge.
