Our luxury award winning, skin and laser clinic based in the heart of London’s Oxford Circus, is looking for a passionate and dedicated Skin and Laser Practitioner. A practitioner that not only carries out what’s booked in their column, but one who really cares and strives to perform to the best of ones ability. A practitioner that not only delivers a great service but more over, strives to deliver life changing results for their clients skin, whilst building great relationships with their peers and customers too.

We are not a chain clinic, so we work very closely as a team to deliver the very best journey for our patients and our staff too. We take the time to ensure our customers and staff are happy and work hard to retain them. We are replacing our current practitioner due to change of career path and are sad to see her go

Together with our highly skilled team you will be supported with advanced protocols to take your clients to the next level to obtain the very best results in the industry.

Your position will be very fulfilling with the training and the resources available to you at Skin Perfection Ltd. Not only will you receive the very best training and rub shoulders with award winning manufacturer trainers, you will get your hands on amazing brands that you will be able to deliver fabulous results for your clients. You will build your own our portfolio and become officially certified in the treatments you will train in. NO MORE TRAINING WITHOUT CERTIFICATES

You will almost work with your clients in a self employed way, yet employed. You will be allocated wherever possible the same clients to see them throughout their journey, building that rapport and loving the people you see and most rewarding of all be proud of the work you carry out.

It doesn’t end here.

You will receive a generous commission structure, bonus and a good hourly rate, which is reviewed upon successful completion of your probation and after their annually.

You will be set clinic targets and individual targets which you must work towards and meet, most staff generally hit their targets and take home anything between £160-£800 extra just in commission.

You will receive monthly 1-2-1’s with your clinic manager to discuss performance and targets.

*Minimum level (NVQ)3-4 Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
- Laser Core of Knowledge and Certification is ideal but not a deal breaker as we can supply the training and certify you.

If you hold any additional certificates and have experience with advance skin treatments such as (but not limited to);
skins peels, micro-needling, laser skin rejuvenation and so on, this will be an extra advantage for you.

You would need to hold the certificate in order for it to be recognised.

Monday's 11-7:30pm Tuesday's
- Thursdays 11:30-8pm, Friday's & Saturday's 9-5:30pm

You may at times be required to cover shifts for your colleagues, so the ability to be flexible is important, especially when working as part of a small team.

Typical duties include, but you will not be limited to;
- Conduct and convert Laser Hair and Skin consultations

*Laser Hair Removal for both MALE and FEMALE PATIENTS

*Skin Peels and Resurfacers including Epionce and Dermaquest, Dermaceuticals, and more

*Dermapen and Micro-needling

*Laser Skin Resurfacing
- Laser Photofacials

*Medical Microdermabrasion

*Dermaplaning

*Cryopen

*Dermafrac

*Hydr02 Facials
- Sell medical grade skin care
- suitable for your client
- Carry out reviews where necessary

We will expect you to have good diary and time management, with great people skills and communication skills. You will take control of keeping in close contact (professionally) with your clients to ensure their client journey is 110%, five star all the way and to ensure repeat business and sales are maintained.

**Salary**: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
