- Level 3 in CCYP or equivalent
- 1 year experience working in a childrens residential setting
- 1 year experience in a relevant supervisory position
- Understanding of the needs of BESD children including managing challenging behaviour
The job role:

- To manage a staff team and work alongside the Home Manager to ensure standards and expectations are met
- Managing of budgets
- Ensuring a smooth running of day-to-day duties
- Promote personal and professional development
