**Residential Conveyancing Secretary / Assistant - Darlington - Up to £23,000**

Brand new Residential Conveyancing Secretary role to join a well-established firm, with multiple offices throughout County Durham.

**What you will be doing**
- Providing a total support service to the fee earners in the property department
- Document production including undertaking digital dictation
- Assisting in communication with clients, estate agents and legal representatives
- Undertaking administration duties associated with file management, updating and the operation of the case management system
- Attending clients on the telephone and to provide such communication in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the Practice’s standards for client care and service
- Providing guidance to junior members of the team

**What you will have**
- Ideally hold a Law degree
- Previous experience working in a law firm or a professional conveyancing firm
- Excellent organisational and time management
- Excellent attention to detail
