Procurement Assistant

Procurement Assistant will be required to source materials from our suppliers and ensure timely preparation of purchase orders. Processing all goods in and following up any discrepancies in a timely manner.

**Duties will include**

Preparing purchase requisitions

Booking in materials and assigning to the customer

Recording of materials booked out to customers

Ensuring that databases are kept up to date.

**Desired Qualifications/Qualities**

Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage

Good problem solving skills

The ability to lease with suppliers and customers in a professional manner

IT literate including good use of MS Office and database.

Good handwriting skills

Good time management and the ability to work within a team and take instruction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,800.00 per year
