Anderson Knight are looking to recruit a Complaint Handler for one of our priority clients based in Glasgow. This is a full time, permanent position. Hybrid working is available after training has been completed.

You will be required to resolve complaints in line with company policies and procedures whilst providing excellent customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities
- You will be expected to log, manage and resolve all complaints in line with guidelines
- Maintain a high standard of customer service to all external and internal customers.
- Manage you own caseload ensuring all complaints are managed though to resolution
- You will be responsible for liaising with external parties in relation to any complaints escalated to them.
- You will be responsible for managing your own knowledge of the finance industry including regulatory requirements of compliance in relation to complaint handling
- Ensure you’re a providing the best possible customer experience whilst delivering the best outcome for each complaint
- Supporting colleagues through the investigation and resolution of complaints
- Accurately recording details of complaints including the nature of the complaint, relevant dates, customer information, and any other pertinent details in the complaint management system or database.

Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in a customer service or complaints handling role is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple complaints simultaneously.
- Empathy and understanding towards customers' concerns and the ability to build rapport.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
