Join our team to support children's development through engaging play activities, contributing to our mission of fostering a positive and enriching environment for young learners. Monday to Friday 3:15pm-7:45 pm, Term Time Only. Pro Rota Pay **Responsibilities** - Facilitate engaging play activities that support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. - Providing feedback to parents and team members. - Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment in line with health and safety regulations. - Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement educational programs. - Support children with their daily routines - Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to foster a supportive community. - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. - Promote inclusive practices that respect each child's individual needs. - **Qualifications**: - No formal qualificatttions required - Proven experience working in a childcare setting. - Strong management and leadership skills to support team coordination. - Excellent communication skills in English for effective engagement with children and parents. - Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment. - Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to childcare settings. - Passion for childhood education and child development. - Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of young children. - First Aid and Safegaurding Training will need to be completed **Job Type**: Part-time Pay: From £12.35 per hour Expected hours: 12.5 per week Work Location: In person
