Here at the Swan Hotel & Spa, based in the beautiful Lake District, The Holte Spa uses indulgent Temple Spa products in all of the unique spa treatments we offer.

With six beautifully appointed treatment rooms, a stunning outdoor thermal journey through our spa garden and a whole new spa concept delivering holistic, bespoke treatments, this is an incredibly exciting time to join the Swan Spa team.

To ensure we offer a seamless experience for our guests, we are looking to appoint a Spa Host to welcome our guests, delivering first class customer service and taking care of them throughout their visit.

The Spa Hosts have a range of duties including:

- Maintain positive guest relations
- Have great knowledge on pricing, fees and charges for all spa services, including Spa opening times and brands.
- Keep abreast of daily appointments, arriving guests, available appointments and promotions
- Answer the telephone in a prompt friendly manner
- Receive and respond to all guest concerns, comments or complaints with discretion and urgency
- Introduce guests to treatment advisor, and provide explanations of services provides and spa specialties
- Book incoming spa reservations and appointments efficiently and accurately
- Confirm all upcoming appointments and treatments

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00 per hour
