InPost Yodel is seeking experienced Warehouse (Item resolution) Operative's to join our dynamic Parcel Sorting Team at the Lichfield depot. This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a leading company in the parcel delivery industry, renowned for supporting some of the UK’s most prominent high street and online brands.

**Location**: Fradley Park, Blenheim Way, Fradley, Lichfield WS13 8SY

**Shift Pattern**: 5 out of 7 days on a rota

**Hours**: 06:00am - 14:30pm (40hrs per week)

**Salary**:£12.21p/h

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Efficiently sorting parcels to optimize and streamline the entire operational workflow, ensuring timely and accurate processing that supports seamless distribution.
- Expertly relabelling and meticulously preparing parcels for dispatch, guaranteeing all items meet stringent quality and accuracy standards before reaching their destination.
- Demonstrating versatility by manually sorting parcels with precision or operating advanced sorting machinery when required, adapting quickly to meet dynamic operational demands.
- Actively contributing to a wide range of general warehouse responsibilities, maintaining an organized and efficient environment that drives overall productivity and operational excellence.
- Loading and unloading parcels with speed and accuracy within a fast-paced, collaborative team setting, ensuring deadlines are consistently met while fostering a positive and motivated work atmosphere.
