**The Role**:
As an **Inbound Retention Advisor**, you will be the voice of our business and clients, engaging with customers over the phone to ensure their needs are met while offering them the best products or solutions. Your goal is to retain customers by building strong relationships, overcoming objections, and finding solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.

You will need to
- Deliver top-tier customer service
- Understand customers’ needs to offer the most suitable products or solutions
- Successfully achieve positive retention outcomes and meet KPIs
- Overcome customer objections and turn challenging calls into positive results
- Stay updated on product knowledge
- Navigate multiple software systems while handling inbound calls efficiently

- Excellent influencing and persuading skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and perform well under pressure
- Self-motivated, driven, and always looking to provide an exceptional customer experience

**Salary**: £22,308 per annum Plus Monthly Bonus (OTE - £28,500 p/a)

**Hours**: 37.5 per week
