We're Hiring: Office Administrator

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with exceptional administrative skills? Our team at Minster Cleaning Newcastle is looking for a dedicated Office Administrator to join us

In this role, you'll be responsible for onboarding new starters, arranging training, data input, and data interrogation, while reporting directly to our Office Manager. If you have a knack for multitasking and problem-solving, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Onboarding new employees
- Arranging and coordinating training sessions
- Inputting and maintaining data accuracy
- Interrogating data to support decision-making

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new systems and programs

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.50 per hour

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
