Our original values of personal service and commitment to our customers remain as strong as ever and we are now looking for a Workshop Administrator at our Dartford site to support us as we continue to build for a successful future.

Reporting to the Service Manager you will be responsible for the following:

- Ensure our digitised job packs are efficiently moved from the workshop to the costing team
- Checking each job pack to make sure all required documents are in the job packs and all areas have been covered
- To check that all vehicles’ inspections are documented correctly on Truckfile and support the quality-checking procedure
- To carry out basic estimating tasks of workshop jobs when required
- To chase up outstanding order numbers

Experience of working with digitised job packs or Truckfile is not necessary for this role as full training will be given, however some previous experience of working within the automotive industry would be desirable. Must be IT literate and a confident communicator with excellent organisation and time management skills.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience of working in the motor industry (either commercial or passenger cars) would be desirable.
- Previous administrative experience, with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Can work with a range of computer systems and learn new systems quickly.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a wide range of people.
