**Walker Cole International is currently searching for a QC Supervisor to join a growing Pharmaceutical Company based in the South East.**

As a QC Supervisor you would be working out of the lab, managing a cross functional QC team consisting of analysts and specialists, as well as writing and reviewing documentation involved in deviations.

**Your responsibilities as a QC Supervisor would be to**:

- Carry out all management duties for a team of Analysts and Technical Specialists within the QC department
- Work on and approve deviation documents and complete any associated actions
- Have a full understanding and be confident training analysts on advanced analytical methods such as (but not limited to) HPLC, UPLC and GC
- Develop or adapt existing analytical methods

**To be successful in this role, you must have**:

- Experience managing a team
- 6 years’ experience in a GMP laboratory role
- A degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Experience working on deviation investigations
