Executive Office Co-ordinator & Assistant to Practice Manager
My client based in Birmingham is a highly successful financial services practice looking to recruit an Executive Co-ordinator to support their Practice Manager.
The role is key to the operational running of the office and provides key support the practice manager. This role will be office based.
The role will support with a multitude of tasks including HR and learning and development. You will support with events and corporate social responsibility. You will support with office management including health and safety, ordering and managing officesupplies and assisting the project management of the office move. You will produce presentations and reports and support the wider offices and Directors with general support. You will support with specific CSR activities and play an active role in charityfundraising events. There is ample opportunity to make the role your own and take on new projects.
