H9 Human Resources are working with a leading Manchester based organisaiton to recruit an Employee Relations focused Senior HR Advisor for a key role within their HR team.

The role will provide a dedicated point of contact for Human Relations advice and support to middle managers across the organisation, supporting business managers to develop and deliver their services in line with business needs, legislation, and best practice.

The role will work flexibly across specialist areas, acting as a specialist in the respective field based on organisational need. Mixture of home working 2-3 days per week and visiting multiple sites across Greater Manchester the other 2-3 days per week.

**Duties**:

- Provide a credible expert view on the management of HR casework
- Take a partner approach in providing Human Relations advice and support, to enable the delivery of team objectives
- Take an active role in the coaching and development of line managers across the organisation, to develop confidence and capability in resolving people management issues.
- To contribute to the development of Human Relations strategies, plans and policies.
- To support the delivery of transformation initiatives eg TUPE transfers and change programmes, partnering with relevant colleagues to ensure an all-round People Services provision, identifying efficiencies and the drivers for change, in order to ensureoptimal organisational design.
- To support with the development of HR Policy and various HR related projects

**Requirements**:

- A strong background in Employee Relations, in particular with complex cases
- A track record of management a high volume of ER casework
- An approach and ability of partnering, developing and coaching managers within an organsiation
- Flexibility to work from home and travel across sites across Greater Manchester

The role comes with a salary between £35,000 - £40,000pa, plus benefits
