Role
An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic Bid/Proposal Manager to join the UK Sales and Marketing team to support the Fixed Wing business unit. This is a fixed term role, with flexibility over 2-4 day working pattern. Bristol office based withsome remote working options.
Reporting to the Head of Bids, the Bid/Proposal Manager's primary focus is to provide logístical support to a large complex multi country team. The individual should come with experience and knowledge of competitive bid management, but will be trained to implementthe bid/proposal management process (Integrated Business Acquisition Process - closely aligned with industry best practice) to facilitate all facets of complex, large scale campaign capture through effective communication and coordination, ensuring cross functionalliaison, demonstrating best practice, preventing conflict and maintaining direction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating the development of appropriate deliverables and completion of campaign activity in line with Boeing's business development governance process, the Integrated Business Acquisition Process (IBAP), once trained
- Defining key campaign/proposal activities in the campaign schedule
- Active member of the proposal team, delivering a compliant, compelling and executable proposal
- Manage development and documentation of offer win strategy, discriminators and themes
- Organise and facilitate meetings and reviews throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Administer campaign logistics, IT and act as focal for customer portal/site
- Supporting proposal activity including document control and formatting, management of bid SharePoint sites and general support to the campaign Proposal Manager
- Liaising with opportunity owners to facilitate Expression of Interest (EOI) and distribution of tender documentation
