Customer Experience Advisor

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Customer Experience Advisor to join Coventry University Group, a global education group with a mission of Creating Better Futures.
The Role:
- Provide excellent customer service via inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide assistance to prospective students and returning students with the UCAS system and accepting and making university place offers.
- Make outbound calls to prospective students if call backs are needed.
- Manage all interactions in a professional and efficient manner in line with companies excellent customer services standards.
- Transfer students to the relevant departments as required.
- Log and track student's requests and enquiries in a courteous, efficient and timely manner via call logging database.
- Experience in a customer service/call centre role is essential.
- Excellent telephone manner with the ability to listen and fully understand a customer's needs.
- Excellent attention to detail with understanding of data protection.
- Strong IT Skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced customer focused environment
Job Details:
Location: Ryton on Dunsmore (Coventry University also provide free shuttle buses from Coventry City Centre)
5 days a week working onsite, no Hybrid working
Monday - Friday
8.30am - 5pm
£11.51 p/h
