We are now looking for a Driver/Junior Technician to help us drive company growth and success.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous driver experience and knowledge of IT or A equipment and great customer service skills to build on their knowledge in a role where no two days are the same.
You’ll be joining a well-respected company with relationships across government departments, large corporate organisations and event organisers throughout the UK and Ireland.
**The Role**
This is an excellent opportunity for a tech savvy driver, to join the Hire Intelligence team. We are interested in van drivers with clean licences who love to be on the road delivering clients IT and AV rental needs. This position reports to the onsite TechnicalManager, and is based at the Acton, London office.
**Key Role Responsibilities**:

- Client Rental Orders - Load and unload vans and delivery equipment to required locations. Collect items of equipment from client locations and return them to our warehouse.
- Client Relations. Be neat and tidy in your personal appearance, ensuring you make an excellent first impression. Go out of your way to impress clients and deal with them in a friendly professional manner.
- Paperwork. Complete all required paperwork on time and report back to the office with respect to issues and completions of collections and deliveries.
- Support - Providing ongoing support both in person and over the phone to team members as required.
- Asset management - Handle equipment carefully and assist with maintaining clean, well-presented equipment.
- Warehousing - Assist in the warehouse as required.
The position will require after-hours, on-call and weekend work from time to time for which you will be rewarded.
**Key Role Requirements**:

- A clean driving licence. No police record.
- Exceptional Customer service skills. This role is really suitable for a friendly person with a strong professional presentation, who loves to meet new people, build relationship with existing clients and who will do what need to be done, to make the clienthappy.
- The ability to learn and develop a wide range of skills around all type of technology. If you enjoy a diverse role with the opportunity to learn about the latest technologies, this is the position for you.
- Strong attention to detail, and preference to operate in a structured and methodical manner, but who is also highly adaptable to changing work requirements.
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills. A person who really dislikes being late for a deadline.
- The ability to maintain a valid clean driver's license.
This role will involve delivering and installing heavy equipment.
