**Junior CAD Technician**
NW London
£25.000 per year with additional benefits
6 - 12 months contract

Advantage Resourcing are working in partnership with a construction company who operate within the commercial and residential sector and are currently seeking a Junior CAD Technician to initially work on site in SW London.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Duties will involve measuring areas, drawing heating schematics & layouts, producing engineering and production drawings, detailed section and construction diagrams, bill of materials or heating calculations and measurements.

**What We're looking for**:

- A clear understanding of building design and the construction process is essential.
- The following computer skills are necessary: Autodesk CAD (2D & 3D) Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with BIM and Revit.
- Experience in UK residential and commercial construction or services design
- Experience in the design of underfloor heating systems would be beneficial
