**The Opportunity**
Are you passionate about driving organisational change and fostering transformation success? We are seeking a Change & Communications Partner to lead impactful change initiatives, ensuring business projects achieve their full potential by enhancing employee adoption and stakeholder engagement.
- Crafting and implementing change management strategies.
- Engaging and managing diverse stakeholders to foster sustainable change.
- Designing clear, impactful communication plans.
- Collaborating with training teams to empower employees with essential skills.
- Conducting impact analyses and preparing organisations for transformation.
- Tracking, evaluating, and enhancing change project success.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organisational Development, HR, or related fields.
- **Experience**: A wealth of experience in change management expertise, particularly in large, complex organisations.
- **Certifications**: Prosci or ACMP certification preferred.
- **Skills**: Outstanding communication, analytical, and project management abilities with a knack for fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
