**cheme Host position at Rendall & Rittner (Lochrin Quay, Edinburgh, EH3)**

**Location - Lochrin Quay (Edinburgh, EH3)**

**Working Hours** - Monday to Friday 0800 - 1600

**Salary** - £30,000 - £33,000 (depending on experience)

**Contract** - Permanent

**Your working environment?**

This role will be based within a modern sought-after residential development located by the Loch and a short walk to the town centre. The development consists of 113 contemporary residential apartments and benefits from amenities including onsite carparking,roof terrace, communal grounds and a resident’s lounge.

- you’ll have hands on knowledge of the lettings market, including viewings, checking in and checking out inventories
- you have overseen external contractors, property maintenance and major works

- your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
- you’ll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely and managing a team environment. You’ll lead, engage and inspire others
- you have experience conducting site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and having a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems
- you’ll have achieved ARLA qualification (or willing and able to obtain within first year of employment)
