**Duties**:

- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as Xero, Sage,

Monthly Invoice spreadsheets purchase and Sales

Website Modifications

Upkeeping Facebook

Producing quotes for Clients

Requesting material quotes from suppliers

Liaising with Accountant and supplying hours for weekly wages

Job Costings

General other offices duties as filing etc.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role is essential.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Xero, and Sage
- Strong understanding of accounts payable/receivable processes and bookkeeping principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with team members and external stakeholders.

Pay: £20,620.00-£24,172.00 per year
