Duties
- Managing and maintaining filing systems, both physical and electronic
- Handling incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing them appropriately
- Assisting with data entry tasks using programmes such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members
- Organising meetings, including booking venues and preparing necessary materials
- Supporting invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
- Ensuring the office remains tidy and organised at all times
Skills
- Proven office experience or administrative experience is preferred
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
- Demonstrated knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Have a full driving license
