**Job Summary**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care tailored to the client’s specific needs.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
- Administer medication as per the care plan and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, catering to the client’s dietary needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Support with household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
- Offer companionship and engage in meaningful activities to enhance the client’s emotional well-being.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition or circumstances to the care manager.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and family members as required.
- Uphold client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
- Document daily activities and any changes in client condition accurately.

**Skills**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 year in a similar role (live-in care experience preferred).
- **Compassion**: Genuine empathy and a caring nature.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to handle changing client needs and situations calmly.
- **Care Plans**: Knowledge of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
- **Professionalism**: Reliable, respectful, and committed to delivering the highest standard of care.
- **Skills**: Basic cooking and housekeeping skills.
- **IT Skills**: Proficient in IT skills for maintaining records and communication.
- **Additional**: A valid driving license is desirable but not essential.
