As Digital Experience Specialist, you’ll work closely with business product and process owners to ensure alignment across digital channels. Supports the Senior Digital Experience Strategy Manager in developing designs which meet the requirements of the project.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

- Produce Digital Experience (DX) monthly report
- Use analytics and behavioural tools to understand pain points in user journeys raising findings with Senior Digital Experience Strategy Manager
- Understand the demographics of digital channel users and communicate this in a meaningful way to stakeholders
- Support the Senior Digital Experience Strategy Manager to future proof ideas by gathering insights from customer, market and competitor research
- Support Senior Digital Experience Manager by gathering insights and data to use in business cases and front door requests
- Work closely with business product and process owners to ensure alignment across channels
- Work with UX and designers to deliver ‘dev’ ready’ high fidelity wireframes ready for refinement to ensure a seamless handover with digital experience delivery and development teams

What we need from you:

- Experience delivering worldclass digital experience in a regulated environment
- A team player experienced in working with cross-functional teams and preferably demonstrable experience of agile delivery methodology
- Experience of using medalia and decibel or similar platforms
- Performance analysis skills to interpret data such as load times, conversion rates, site visits, and bounce rates
- Experience of working in a design led product development process working with development and design teams to drive the implementation of digital experiences
- Experience using indesign systems e.g. Figma (preferably)
