Based in Tonbridge, Kent my client is an established retail design agency specialising in retail interior design for a major global client are currently recruiting a Project Account Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work withone of the most recognisable global brands who expect an exceptional level of service and design for their retail outlets across Europe. Working as a preferred partner for the biggest names in technology over the last 20 years means they are responsible fordesigning various shop-in-shop programs worldwide.

The company have their own in-house designers that work design documents up using various 2D and 3D software programs. The Project Manager role is to manage design projects through the studio and to continue building excellent relationships with clients.

**Job Role**

Coming from an Interior Design/Architectural or relevant Project Management background you will combine your space planning and organisational skills to work on behalf of the client, designing for retail programs that will roll out across Eastern Europe.

Excellent presentation and communication skills are a must as the Project Manager will be required to introduce the Client’s various programs to retailers and discuss designs with them via video calls or face-to-face meetings (occasionally off-site).

**Skills and Experience**
- A good understanding of retail space planning and design processes
- Experience at dealing with design drawings in various formats and ability to understand architectural drawings
- Ability to brief the studio team for design and presentation material needed by our clients
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence and ability to build relationships with and present to high-level clients face-to-face
- Self-motivated and flexible as we are trusted by our clients to work on various different projects at short notice
- Be process driven but able to deal with rapid change in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Strong cross-functional co-ordination and problem solving abilities
- Collaborative approach, working successfully with the Studio team, PM Team and our Client’s various cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail is a must - we track the design process in detail and are expected to check all design work to deliver accurate output to clients
- Ability to analyse data and run reports on behalf of the client (Excel, FileMaker, client databases)
- Willingness to contribute ideas and help develop our processes and ways of working to ensure efficiency
