**Deputy Manager: Systems Business Support**

Are you currently looking to join a business with career progression? Would you to do a Deputy, Business Support Systems Manager role for a year, with the objective of moving up and becoming the Business Systems Support Manager, after twelve months? If youare currently in a Deputy Business Systems Support role within a defence, military or a technical manufacturing environment, this would be a distinct advantage, but is not essential.

What is essential, is that you have apx 10 years Business Support Services Management experience and three year’s experience supervising a team. You also need to be proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel. If you have knowledge of QMS and internalaudit experience, this too would be advantageous. Understanding ERP systems is also of benefit.

You will oversee the day to day operations of a small business support team, learn how to use an Orderwise system for which training will be given: to manage stock listings, prepare price requests, deal with purchase orders, invoicing and collecting companyand supplier information. You will also manage the Spares Management system for procurement and certification. You will be able to develop, review and implement improvements to current admin systems and supervise staff to organise the booking of travel, accommodation,hire vehicles and book training courses. You will also have training on how to co ordinate the weekly news articles for the company website and on occasion manage and develop supplier and vendor relationships including discussions with clients regarding productsand services.
