Enabling Support Worker

Time to Care is recruiting for Support Workers in the Cramlington area.
The service in based primarily in Cramlington and is 24-hour shifts which includes an 8 hour sleep in. You may be asked to work in other services.
The role is to support the client who presents with a fairly complex personal care regime, to live their life as fully as possible independently in the community. You will accompany them to work, support them to attend appointments, social engagements and family visits as well as helping them manage at home and encourage them to carry out daily living skills.
The client has their own car, so a driving licence is essential.
You will have a caring nature and enjoy working with people.

Prior experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided

We offer a signing bonus of £500 to all new starters. This is split into two payments of £250 after 6 and 9 months continuous employment.
We also have in place a retention bonus of £200 which is applicable after two years’ service and a recruitment bonus of £400 if you recommend a successful applicant to us.
