**Location: -** Gravesend
**Salary: -** £33,000 - £36,000 basic + Travel + Package.
**Role Description**:
An exciting opportunity has come up to take a key role in providing Apprenticeship and Training support to a growing sub-contractor in the construction and Infrastructure sectors. Supporting the Head of Training, you will be responsible for the finalisationand implementation of the apprenticeship strategy for the company. You will also be trained to deliver day long training courses which could include Fire Marshall Training, Traffic Marshall Training and First Aid. Full training will be provided however youmust have the confidence to deliver these sessions on site in a face-to-face capacity.
Day to day tasks will include but not limited to the following:
- Coordinating between multiple apprenticeship providers.
- Supporting internal apprentices with completing their NVQ's/ Apprenticeships
- Providing administrative support to the Head of Training
- Assisting in the collation of Training feedback and assisting with the organisation of training events.
- Coordinating new training bookings and managing eLearning portals.
- Reviewing the training and developing solutions to ensure they are aligned with business performance and growth.
- Managing compliance documentation required for Training Programmes and Awarding Bodies.
- Assisting with the CITB Levy return and the grant recovery process.
**Required Experience**
- Ideally knowledge of the Apprenticeship process so you can support the strategy and help role this out across the business.
- Excellent IT skills with proficiency in all core Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent communication skills as you must be confident to both learn new skills but also then present this training back to people on site and in training rooms.
