**Help us deliver an excellent recruitment service to our client while working as a dedicated & trusted sourcing partner here at Avencia.**

Working with an established client, we have a fantastic opportunity for a **Talent Sourcing Partner** to join our team based in either Leeds or Manchester. Client branded and embedded within Avencia's existing On-site Team and part of the wider Client HR and Communications Team you will play a key operational role as part ofthe recruitment centre of excellence by providing a meaningful, relationship-driven service, underpinned by robust processes.

**What you'll be doing?**
- Sourcing and placing talent in order to reduce third party agency spend
- Working hand in hand with the Client Services Team to deliver a high quality recruitment service to client stakeholders
- Advising Hiring Managers of resourcing and selection strategy including regional market intel and brand perception
- Accountable for the accuracy of TalentLink CRM and Workday Recruiter
- Managing a number of requisitions from a talent sourcing perspective and be targeted on a volume of hires and direct fill %
- Talent pooling for future requirements
- Developing relationships with Hiring Managers and client stakeholders including HR to ensure a high level of customer service. Including advising of recruitment and selection strategy and engaging in resource-planning meetings
- Influencing Client stakeholders to consider diversity of thought in their selection decisions

**What we're looking for?**
- You'll have a customer-centric approach to recruitment in attitude and output, operating credibly amongst senior stakeholders
- Ability to deliver against contractual KPIs and personal KPIs set with your Manager
- You'll plan effectively in advance, without being fazed if tomorrow doesn't look like today
- You'll influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders in order to deliver recruitment best practice
- Able to be part of a team where team members are not all in the same location
- You'll have a structured and organised approach to managing multiple recruitment vacancies and ensuring that TalentLink CRM and Workday Recruiter is the source of truth
- Articulate verbal and written communication, including MS Office
