Our client **Cheil Europe Ltd.**is recruiting a**IT Support Analyst**to join their business in the UK.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITY**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable**IT Support Analyst** who is able to learn quickly and troubleshoot effectively, anyone with a passion for technology and a dream of pushing boundaries.

**_Main Role:_**
- Basic IT technical support for users in UK Chertsey office
- Working with the office manager in order to maintain a basic office environment
- Support other branches through the online helpdesk as part of the EHQ IT Team

**_What the day to day looks like _**
- Setting up new user environment (PC, Mac and peripherals)
- Preventive maintenance on computer hardware to ensure BAU functionality
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
- Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software or web-based system and computer equipment
- Perform troubleshooting of computer systems leading to solution
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes
- Identify computer or network equipment shortages and efficient stock management
- Support the office manager to ensure BAU functionality of office
- Support the central online IT helpdesk and handling tickets

**REQUIREMENTS_:_**
- Proven work experience in similar role
- Good attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties
- The ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within your project timeframes
- In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and basic understanding of servers and networks
- Following implementation standards and technical best practices.

**_Desired but not essential:_**
- Good knowledge of web-based system, security and data privacy principles
- Industry-recognised certifications to boost your employability (CompTIA A+, MCSA: Windows 10, MCSA: Windows Server 2016 or Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP))
- Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field.

**SALARY & BENEFITS**
- **Annual Salary**: GBP 25,000 ~ 32,000
- **Recruitment**: 12 months full time contract
- **Working hours**: 8 hours/ 5 days
- **Schedule**: 9:00 - 17:15 Monday to Friday, based in London office
- **Holiday**: 25 days
- **Insurance**: Private medical insurance with Bupa, Dental insurance with Simplyhealth, Life Assurance
