Dental Receptionist

**Reception & Administration Lead - Full Time**:

We are a busy, state-of-the-art dental practice in Dartford seeking a **Reception & Administration Lead** to join our team. This is a **full-time, permanent** role that blends front-of-house duties with broader operational and administrative support. If you’re organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care, we want to hear from you

Working Hours:

- **Monday to Wednesday**: 8:45am - 5:30pm
- **Thursday**: 11:15am - 8:00pm
- **Friday**: 8:45am - 3:30pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the reception area and act as the first point of contact for patients
- Handle incoming calls, appointment scheduling, and patient follow-ups
- Support the day-to-day operations of the dental practice
- Coordinate with the clinical and management teams
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and patient care

- Excellent timekeeping and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and confident with both patients and colleagues
- Previous experience in a dental or medical setting **preferred**:

- Willingness to learn and grow into a future leadership role
