Chef de Partie - boutique hotel - superb, fresh cuisine - £30,000 - accommodation available - This beautiful boutique hotel on the Sussex coast is currently seeking a creative Chef de Partie to assist the Head and Sous Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen.

The hotel has a contemporary feel and there is a modern dining room, a popular bar and outside terrace for the warmer months. They serve simple uncomplicated cuisine, with an emphasis on the use of fresh, seasonal produce, all locally sourced where possible.With a brigade of 9 chefs, they prepare everything in house including bread, sorbets and ice cream.
