**Office Administrator - Redditch - Permanent - Full Time - Salary Up to £22-25k per annum DOE - Monday-Friday 09:00 - 17:00** Our client in Redditch has an exciting opportunity as an Office Administrator. You will be the first point of contact for many, including clients and sub-contractors. You will be responsible for keeping on top of the facilities side of things within the office and keeping it well maintained. You will have access to Private, confidential, and privileged information and therefore discretion is of paramount importance. This role also has a lot of room for development, it is a role you can really make your own. If you are a self-starter and willing to get involved with many other tasks, with the training you can develop to learn different parts of the business. **The Office Administrator's day-to-day duties are as follows**: - Telephone directing and visitor welcoming - New starters set up, induction and personnel files - Upkeep of stock and stationery - Management of building maintenance, ensuring services are kept up to date. - Fire regulation attendance to include alarms, lighting and extinguishers - Raise purchase orders - Dealing with all holidays and sick leave - Responsible for postage and receipts - Collating and issuing memos - Collating and updating staff of weekly whereabouts - ISO 9001 quality support (will be trained) - Liaising with H&S Consultant and upkeep of training matrix - Dealing with internet issues - Arranging social and charity events - Monthly admin tasks ie credit card statements/timesheets - Arranging meetings - Collating quarterly board reports - Collating minutes and distributing them to all parties **The Successful Office Administrator must have the following skills/experience**: - Experience in an all-around administration role within a busy office. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, integrity, respect for confidentiality, sound judgment, and decision-making skills - Ability to work to deadlines - Able to "muck in" and get involved with various tasks within the office. - A full UK driving license - Working knowledge of Windows and fully proficient with Excel & Word - A dynamic to get tasks done efficiently and with a smile. **What’s on offer for the successful Office Administrator** - Work with a market-leading company in project management - Company pension - A friendly, social, professional, and modern working environment - Free parking available - Salary 22-25k per annum DOE - 22 days plus bank holidays - 25 days after 2 years and 28 days after 5 years’ service. - Hours of work Monday-Friday 09:00 - 17:00 - Arden Personnel is a local independent recruitment agency based in Alcester, Warwickshire.
