**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform payroll data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner every Monday and Tuesday.
- Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Utilise various software systems for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Provide clerical support to team members as required, including preparing reports.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Support the organisation of meetings and events, including scheduling and logistics.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office is essential.
- Experience with data entry essential as this takes up a large portion of your role.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
