**We have an exciting opportunity available for an Education Manager to coach and develop our teams across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. In this role you will help train and develop Account Managers and Beauty Consultants enabling themto achieve retail sales objectives.**
**Responsibilities**
Training Courses
- To deliver training courses to store teams (including arranging attendee’s, set up of room, collateral, packing down room at the end of training)
- Delivery of all initial trainings for Account Managers as well as Beauty Consultants and Brow experts.
- Feedback to Sales Development Manager’s, giving concise and specific feedback on all attendee’s, with suggested follow up.
- Analysis of results post training to ensure training impacts long term.
- Prepare/participate in writing training courses
- Keep records of attendance.
- Ensure contents of training kit and training materials is updated and in good order.
In store Training
- Deliver training to in store teams
- Thorough analysis prior to visit and communication with Sales Development Managers to ensure visits are effective and make the biggest difference
- Assist in new store openings where appropriate to deliver key trainings
- Coach and develop Beauty Consultants and Account Managers on how to make real connections and give a great Benefit experience.
- Provide full feedback and set clear objectives to then be followed up
- Deliver trainings to Sales Teams where necessary.
- Ensure all messages are in line with company objectives
Other
- Complete training notes for new launches
- Various admin tasks
- Assist with outside events where necessary
**Qualifications**
**Skills / Abilities**
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- Commercial retail experience
- Strong People Management Skills
- Good Commercial Awareness & Business Acumen
- IT Skills - Excel Intermediate
- Works well under pressure and to deadlines
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong Problem Solving / Analytical Skills
- Good attention to detail
- Good Planning & Organisation skills
- Strong Negotiation and Influencing skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
