I am currently working with a banking client of mine, who are looking for an Interim Head of Compliance to support them over the next six months. They are looking for a senior Compliance professional, with experience in banking environments, to drive theirCompliance function forward over the next few months.

**_Key Responsibilities:_**
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory and legislative requirements, internal policies, processes, procedures and requirements.?
- Head up the bank's Horizon Scanning, to help them understand their regulatory footprint.
- Chair the Compliance Committee and attend Executive Committees.
- Responsible for overseeing regulatory advice and guidance to Senior Management and other colleagues
- Provide and manage advice to the business on the regulatory compliance for new projects, annual reviews, marketing, and new products
- Oversee the implementation and embedding of the conduct risk framework.

**_Experience Required:_**
- Strong Compliance experience in a Financial Services environment.
- Understanding of Compliance planning and monitoring
- Compliance reporting and corporate governance including development and reviewing policy and regulatory change
- Understanding of Risk management frameworks, identifying and managing risk and related controls
- Embedding of a conduct risk framework
