As one of our Security Officer, you will be a part of our team to ensure the safe and secure environment for customers and colleagues by providing a visual attention and proactive security service.

Some of our sites demands strong conflict resolution skills and a professional approach to dealing with all security related issues in a calm professional manner.

We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service in a safe and secure environment.

These duties include, but are not limited to,
- Protect customers and colleagues from physical and verbal abuse,
- Booking vehicles in and out of the site with all Gate house duties.
- Deter violence, theft and public order offences.
- Respond to any incident or request for assistance on-site and assume control until the arrival of the Emergency Services or Duty Manager if required.
- Reporting of all incidents & intelligence data using a smart device promptly.

**Qualifications required**

You will be an ambassador of the company and client to the general public, which will entail smart presentation, require excellent timekeeping and for you to have an approachable demeanor.
- You must have a proven track record within the security industry or related services.
- You will need to be a team player with a positive attitude.
- Able to work on your own, using your initiative.
- Excellent communication skills are required both written and verbal.
- Capability in the use of technology.
- To be able to remain calm under pressure.
- Frontline Door Supervision or Security Guarding License essential.

12 hours shifts (Thursday-Sunday every week)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
